What Offerleap does

Offerleap keeps a list of open roles posted through Greenhouse and Ashby, matches them to the preferences you set, and provides a Chrome extension that fills application forms from your profile and attaches your resume. You review every application and press Submit yourself. Offerleap never submits an application on your behalf, never accepts legal attestations for you, and leaves blank any question it cannot answer from what you have told it.

Your responsibilities

• The information in your profile and answers must be true and yours. You are responsible for everything you submit to an employer, including any drafted answer you choose to keep.
• Read each application before you submit it. Drafted answers are suggestions and may contain mistakes.
• Use Offerleap only to apply for jobs you genuinely want to be considered for, and follow each employer’s and job board’s own terms.
• Keep your account secure and don’t share it. One account per person.
• Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, automated submission, or attempts to get around plan limits or security.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Your first 5 applications are free, with no card required. An application counts when the extension prepares (fills) it for you. If the extension can’t recognise a form and fills nothing, that application isn’t counted.
• Pro costs $19.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Pro includes unlimited applications subject to fair use: up to 1,500 applications per calendar month. On every plan, AI requests (reading your resume, drafting answers) are limited to 60 per account per day. We may change these limits with notice, and we may pause accounts that appear automated or abusive.
• You can cancel any time from Settings, through Stripe’s billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; we don’t provide partial refunds except where the law requires it. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.

Your content

You own your resume, profile and answers. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service — including sending text to AI providers as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Job listings

Job listings come from employers’ public job boards. We don’t guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or that any employer will respond. Offerleap is not affiliated with Greenhouse, Ashby or the employers whose jobs appear in the app.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Offerleap reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. Job board forms change without notice, and some applications will need you to finish them by hand. We don’t promise interviews, offers or any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Offerleap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Offerleap and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
